PrimeTime is one of the nation’s leading providers in cross country services. We use an integration of a variety of RFID systems with photofinish and video technology to validate the finish order of all our races. This guarantees the most accurate results possible, no missing athletes from transponder failure. Our systems seamlessly feed the results to our live results platform and in venue LED display boards giving people real time team scoring updates and individual results.

We can provide a variety of RFID timing systems to fit the need of the client including disposable bib tags, reusable shoe tags and reusable active transponders. All these systems integrate directly with our photofinish cameras and results platform allowing us to switch between the systems whenever needed.

We also have a large inventory of LED display panels which can be used to build customized display boards for your event, either as an overhead finishline display or a standard results display. Pairing those with our trailer mounted videoboards allows us to provide data instantly to fans at the venue.

Photofinish Timing

We use digital photofinish cameras to determine athletes finishing times and places for all races in cross country. The cameras run at 1,000 frames per second with the capability of running as high as 10,000 frames per second. This is the standard timing practice for any major event in the world these days such as the Olympics. The camera system software also supports front view video cameras and RFID integration allowing us to compile all the necessary data into an easy to verify system. This allows us to drive real time data to in venue displays and internet based live results systems. Photofinish cameras are run with a battery backup power supply to allow the system to function during a temporary power outage.

RFID Timing Systems

We have a variety of different RIFD timing systems: RaceResults (UHF & Active), MyLaps, Chronotrack and IPICO. This allows us to provide services to your event using the best fitting technology. With multiple connection options we can relay the information from the timing systems on the course back to the finishline for athlete tracking and live results.

GPS Tracking

We have GPS tracking capabilities allowing us to a number of aspects of the race. Real time distances for the lead cart can be relayed to the live results, videoboards and broadcasts. We can also track trail carts and medical carts to know where things are on the course when you need it most.

Videoboard Trailers

We have 3 trailer mounted videoboards to can be used to show results from the race, sponsor logos, live video from the course and other content for specators that don't wan't to race around the course to see the action.

Finish Displays

Using modular LED panels we can create a customized overhead LED solution for your event. This can show running time, individual results, team scores, logos and more.

Videoboard Signals

We have several options for videoboard display layouts. All of our options are provided via broadcast quality graphics machines that provide HD-SDI signals in either 1080i or 720p resolutions to the videoboard production.

Live Results

We've partnered with Karmarush to provide the fastest live results in the country to our clients. Information is available instantly in a responsive format that looks great on any device. With predictive team scoring we can accurately reflect total points without waiting for the whole field to cross the split location.

Broadcast Graphics

Using the results platform powered by Karmarush we can provide a variety of integration options for your event allowing real-time information to be displayed on the broadcast. With splits and team scores we have a unique sidebar approach that allows us to change what's shown with athlete highlights and team highlights.
